Prenatal Breastfeeding Classes:
# 1 Group breastfeeding classes ($100 per pregnant belly & support person/ 2 hour class)
-CURRENT FALL CLASSES:

*October 24, 2026-Embody Health Chiropractic, 2888 E. Long Lake, Unit 130, Troy/10am-12pm
-You may schedule a group class in your home if you have two or more family units attending at any time.
# 2 Private in home breastfeeding classes ($200/ 2 hour class)
- Breastfeeding education in the comfort of your own home.
-you are welcome to schedule an in home class at any time with yourself and your husband/partner
Postnatal Breastfeeding Services:
# 1 Basic package ($200)
- One consult (approximately 1 hour) in the privacy of your own home or in the hospital post-birth.
- During our time together, we’ll focus on creating a comfortable, effective latch and exploring the physiology behind why these techniques support successful breastfeeding. This session is specifically dedicated to latch, and does not cover pumping, milk storage, returning to work, or other breastfeeding concerns — allowing us to give full attention to helping you and your baby achieve a confident, relaxed latch.
- A week of text/phone support will be available after the consult.
# 2 Elite package ($400)
- Includes one consult (approximately 2 hours), in the privacy of your own home.
- PLUS:
- I will be available by phone or text as we journey through your experience (within reason).
# 3 Virtual breastfeeding consult ($100-$200)
- For 30-60 minute consult, no support after.
- Usually a follow-up from a previous in person consult.
- Or clients out of driving range that need a professional consult.
# 4 Breastfeeding Phone/Text Support ($50 for up to 30 min sessions)
- Designed for the mother that has breastfed before.
- Situations or problems that arise that don't need a consult, just professional advice.

Phone/Text Support ($50 for up to 30 min sessions)

Notes:
- Over 30 min drive or 25 miles from my home is an additional $25 - $50 for round trip (I will let you know upon booking).
- Business hours for breastfeeding questions via phone or text: 9am-9pm (no middle of the night texts or calls).
- No Holidays or Sundays!!!
*Emergencies should be handled by your care provider or pediatrician.
*Emails/Texts will be returned within 24 hours.
*Cash, check or Venmo (preferred).
*please check with your insurance and FSA/HSA, they usually will reimburse you. If this is the case, then after I come to you for services, I will generate an invoice and send it along to you. You will then submit the invoice. I do not do any of the insurance leg work.

- Pumping and storage of breast milk
- Understanding growth spurts and cluster feeding
- Common breastfeeding challenges, including mastitis, clogged ducts, and other issues that may arise
- Bottle feeding support
- Returning to work
- Measuring for proper flange size
- Weaning your baby
- I will be available by phone or text as we journey through your experience (within reason).
